Not only was he happy to fix our van, he came to us in frigid winter weather and worked on our van in the cold for hours, we ended up having our van towed to his shop and he had us back on the road the next morning. Everywhere else I called said they couldn’t get us in for at least two weeks. He was honest, clearly hardworking, and very fair pricing. He was a godsend to stranded parents with two little children. If I’m ever in the area needing a mechanic again he will be my first choice."

"My car suddenly decided to have a tantrum on the last hour of my epic journey. It didn't want to start. When i got it to start, it wouldn't help me brake. It heaved and sobbed all through the parking lot until i relented and stayed the night at the world-famous Motel 8 so i could get help the next day. HWY 20 Automotive was the second place i called. (Don't ask the first; it's off-topic and rude.) I explained the situation to Willie. He didn't really want me to try to drive 9 miles with the car misbehaving, so he volunteered to come take a look at it. He took a moment to study that bratty car i was trying to drive. He walked around it, and even crawled on top of the engine. He found an air hose that was undone, reconnected and i was back in business. Whole thing took five minutes. He dusted his hands off and told me there was no charge. This dude is a champion."
